Our policy lasts 14 days of receipt. If 14 days of receipt have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are passionate about our lingerie and we want you to love your new lingerie as much as we do. If for some reason you have a change of heart, most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly help you find another size or style, or refund you if you wish, as long as they adhere to the below return policy. Please contact us if you have any questions about the return or exchange process.
- Purchased less than 14 days ago.
- Require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- NEW and have not been WORN, ALTERED or WASHED.
- Items must be in the original packaging. Labels and hang tag must be on the items.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return nor price adjustment.
- All MASKS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return nor price adjustment.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included on your refund.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email of your eligible refund once we have processed it.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at null.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are NOT eligible for refund nor exchange.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping and handling costs on your original order are non-refundable, unless there was a shipping error on our end. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items should returned in their original packaging to ensure that the items are adequately protected during transit back to us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email of your eligible refund once we have processed it.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling of your return shipment.
